Terms of Agreement

1. Algemeen

These terms and conditions apply to all services of NEGAYA. By making an appointment, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Agreements

  • Appointments can be made by telephone or email.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance or charges may apply.

3. Payments

  • Payment must be made on the day of the appointment, unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept cash and various payment methods.

4. Health information

  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information.
  • We reserve the right not to perform a tattoo if there are health risks.

5. Ownership of designs

  • Designs remain the property of NEGAYA, unless otherwise agreed.
  • You cannot share photos of your tattoo for commercial purposes without permission.

6. Complaints

Complaints can be submitted in writing or by email. We aim to respond within 14 days.

7. Liability

NEGAYA and its employees are not liable for any damage resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions.

8. Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
